Shipping & Returns

How long does shipping take?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding custom orders). 

All items ship from the US and shipping times will vary depending on the the shipping option you choose and your location.

If you order multiple items, everything will be shipped in one package unless the order is too large for a single box. 

How are items shipped?

Items are shipped in boxes with honeycomb paper and biodegradable packing peanuts. All items will be "double boxed." This means the item will be packaged in a smaller box and put in a second shipping box. This is to ensure the safety of your ceramic items. 

While we do our best to safely package your items, once the package is delivered to USPS, it is out of our hands. 

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. If your order is damaged, please contact loficeramics.studio@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the US. If you have any questions, please contact loficeramics.studio@gmail.com.

Usage & Care

Are your products food safe?

Yes, all ceramic items are made with food-safe glazes unless otherwise specified. Items marked as second or thirds are food-safe unless there are cracks and will be marked appropriated within the product's detail page.

Are your products dishwasher safe?

Yes, all ceramics items are dishwasher-safe unless otherwise indicated. However, we recommend handwashing to prolong the life of hand-made pottery.

Product & Shop Questions

How are your products made?

Ceramic items are hand-made on a pottery wheel, hand-painted, and fired in a community kiln. While this means we're only able to complete small batches of items at a time, it also means each item is made with care!

Are you restocking [insert item]? / When is your next shop update?

Not all items will be restocked. Items marked "one-off" will not be restocked after they sell out.

Do you take commission/custom requests?

Please use my Etsy store https://loficeramicsstudio.etsy.com for custom order requests. You can submit a custom order request by clicking on the "Request Custom Order" button to the bottom right of the page below the Items menu. 

Custom orders may take 4-6 weeks to complete and will be priced higher than similar existing items in my shop. Pricing will vary depending on the complexity, materials required, etc. I will discuss the exact pricing and other details with you once a request is submitted.

Note, that I do not accept custom order requests copying other artists' designs. However, I am open to discussing your preferences and taking inspiration. Additionally, submitting a request does not guarantee that I will take on the order. I reserve the right to reject any requests. Thank you!

Do you offer any sales/discounts?

Items on my shop are priced at a 10% discount compared to Etsy. I also offer a small selection of seconds - items with small cosmetic imperfections at a discount. These are available on my shop under the Sale section.

    The name "lofi" comes from the lo-fi (or "low-fidelity") music style, which embraces imperfections such as ambient noise, static, or the hum of background conversations. This quality is often a deliberate stylistic choice that creates an environment of serene ambiance. loficeramics studio celebrates these same qualities in the handmade pottery we create and share.
